LOGISTIC RAMPS FOR EVERY NEED
We offer MANY different styles of logistic/walk board ramps in order to meet your exact need.
Whether you need to load furniture, amplifiers, John Deere " riding mowers, motorcycles or light
duty automobiles, we have a solution for you.
All of our walkboard ramps have a heavy duty, grit-coating that is adhered to the aluminum ramp
by an industrial strength epoxy. This epoxy will keep the non-skid grit coating on your ramps for
a long, long time and allow the ramps to provide excellent traction even in the rain, sleet or
snow. Remember all of our ramps offer a 2-Year Warranty. The best in the industry!
A few of our popular solutions include:
•
Two Piece moving van ramps (i.e. a "Left" section and a "Right" section). You can either
space them apart from each other to load up an ATV or you can pin them together in order
to create a 36" walk board. The lengths typically range from 6-ft to 14-ft. Tell us what you
need and we can CUSTOM build it for you.
•
Modular walk board ramps consist of two pairs (4 sections) of ramp. The lower sections of
ramp have a retractable leg on them that the "bottom" of the upper ramp will pin into.
Lanyards keep the folding leg in place during use and also are used to keep the folding
leg "folded" when not in use for easy storage. The total length of these modulars typically
ranges from 16-ft to 24-ft, but again we can CUSTOM build whatever you application
requires. Like the two-piece walk board ramps, these ramps can be spaced apart, or can
be pinned together to form a 36" wide walk board.
•
The last thing you every want to do is purchase a solution that meets your present needs,
but then find out your future needs cannot be met because you are "locked" into a solution
that does not allow for growth. We have had many users who have purchased a 14-ft
logistic ramp and found out later that they really want to decrease their load angle by
adding a ramp extension. Typically, we offer a 6-ft extension to meet this need, but if you
wanted to add a 7-ft section, 7.5-ft section (or whatever) we can do that for you. Ramp
extensions can be built with either a fixed leg or a folding leg for easy storage.
•
Do you need to build an approach ramp for wheelchair access into a building? We can
help you design and then build an approach ramp that will meet ADA STANDARDS and
open up access for wheelchair bound people for you easily. Do you want railing on it? Do
you need curbing on it? Just let us know and we will build it into our design.
•
Is a single one-piece ramp all you need? Do you need it 12" wide? Maybe 16" wide?
Do you need it 10-ft long? Maybe 7-feet long? Tell us what your application is and we will
design a custom ramp that meets YOUR NEEDS!

The CUSTOM systems we have built are far-reaching and very diverse. We built walk
board ramps for a Texas high school band. They first used the ramps to unload their
equipment out of their box van, but then also incorporated the ramps into their
performance. By marching up and down the ramps they were able to create something
unique and different during the state finals. GO MUSTANGS!
•
Another custom system we built was a walk board bridge for a contractor that spanned
from the roof of a 4-story building to the roof of a 5-story building "next door" so he could
shuttle men and equipment back and forth. This system allowed him to save a huge
amount of money because he only had to pay the permit fees and costs of setting up a
single freight elevator in downtown Chicago. This project was extremely challenging, but
with the help of an outside P.E. Certified Engineering Firm, we created a solution on time
that saved him countless hours and money! These are just a small sample of our custom
projects. We would love the opportunity to look at your application and design something
with you that will make your life easier!

by using a strap from the eyelets on the underside of the ramp to the trailer frame. To
FURTHER stabilize the ramps, drill 2 holes through the plate of the C-Hook and through
the deck of your trailer. When using the ramps, drop bolts through the ramp and deck
holes to further secure the ramps.
